Kids Birthday Party

WOW Party Art provided face painting and balloon making services at my son’s first birthday. They were timely and very professional. The kids loved the face painting and balloon making. It kept them entertained for hours which was helpful because we couldn’t let them go outside because of the cold. Would recommend them any time!
