Let us treat your kids to a self-care day with our brand-new Fancy Nancy – Immersive Spa Experience! We arrive with everything you’ll need for a glamourous Spa Party! Our makeup artists will install a luxurious SPA-style table and get all the necessities ready – from the trendy LED makeup mirrors and satin robes, to cotton candy flavored lip gloss and Happy Vibes fragrance!  

This package includes:

  • SPA-themed setupto set the mood (decorated table, place settings, SPA items, themed decorations, rug and pillows) 
  • Two Beauty Artists to assist with facials, nails and makeup 
  • Silk robes and plush headbands for every guest to wear (must be returned at the end of service)

To start our spa experience, our makeup artists will help the little ones apply themed face masks. Our sheet face masks are beneficial to the skin, brightly packaged, and easy to use. We offer magical mermaids, adorable animals, fun fruits, and more! Next, our artists prepare a relaxing hand soak. Our hand soak includes rose petals and epsom salt for a lavish experience, as well as marbles to play with for a fun sensory activity! Finally, we finish the spa experience by feeling the luxury of jade rollers, cuticle oil, and hand lotions!

ALL Dolled Up

Once the spa is complete, it’s makeup time! Let your royal guests unwind while our beauty artists paint their nails and apply their makeup. Here comes the most fun part – perusing through all our options for nail polish, nail stickers, lip gloss, and eyeshadows (and we make sure there is A LOT to choose from!). 

Your party guests can choose from about 50 DIFFERENT NAIL POLISHES – matte, iridescent, sparkly, glow-in-the-dark, and scented options are featured in our large selection of colors! We bring not two, not three, but FIVE EYESHADOW PALETTES to choose from! Lip-gloss? We have more than 15 OPTIONS with different tints and flavors! Every little fashionista will find something they love, and our talented beauty artists will help them create their look. But of course, our beauty artists know that it’s not enough to look good, you also want to smell good! Let your guests choose from MORE THAN A DOZEN fragrances and body mists to finish their perfect makeup session!

Deposit, Cancellation And Weather Policy

Effective June 1st, 2021

Deposit AND PAYMENT Policy

  • In order to keep the date & time reserved, all new bookings must place a non-refundable 30% deposit
  • The deposit is counted towards the total balance. The deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation by the client. In the case that WOW Party Art must cancel the services, we will issue a full refund for any deposits/payments made by the client regarding the event. 
  • Deposits must be made within a day of receiving the booking confirmation. If no deposit is received, WOW Party Art cannot guarantee that your date and time will stay reserved. 
  • Deposits can be made via the payment link with a credit/debit card online that will be included in the confirmation email. 
  • Remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the event date!

Weather Policy

  • We strongly encourage our clients to have a back-up plan in case of unfavorable/extreme weather conditions such as rain, show, wind, heat, etc.
  • No deposits will be refunded in case of the cancellation by the client due to the weather conditions.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

WOW Party Art offers rescheduling within the next 30 days. If you are looking to reschedule outside of the 30 day period, WOW Party Art will act based on CANCELLATION POLICY.  

Rescheduling 5 or more calendar days ahead

In case of the rescheduling requested by the client, WOW Party Art will update its schedule according to the following rule: If the new date and time slot is available for booking, the booking will be transferred to the new date and time. 

There is no rescheduling fee for a successful rescheduling. 

If the requested date and time slot is not available, WOW Party Art reserves the right to keep the deposit and the booking will be canceled. 

Rescheduling 4 or fewer calendar days before the event

In case of the rescheduling requested by the client, WOW Party Art will update its schedule according to the following rule: If the new date and time slot is available for booking, the booking will be transferred to the new date and time. 

There is a $50 rescheduling fee for successful rescheduling if rescheduled 1 calendar day before the event. 

If the requested date and time slot is not available, WOW Party Art reserves the right to keep the deposit and the booking will be canceled. 

Rescheduling on the day of the event

In case of the rescheduling requested by the client, WOW Party Art will update its schedule according to the following rule: If the new date and time slot is available for booking, the booking will be transferred to the new date and time. 

There is a $75 rescheduling fee for successful rescheduling if rescheduled on the day of the event. 

If the requested date and time slot is not available, WOW Party Art reserves the right to keep 100% of the amount. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case that WOW Party Art must cancel the services, a full refund will be issued for any deposits/payments made by the client regarding the event.  

In the case of cancellation by the client, WOW Party Art retains the deposit.  

No refunds are issued if the client requested the wrong date or time.   

No refunds are issued if WOW Party Art artists cannot gain access to the venue or locate the event within 30 minutes from the service start time.  

Canceling 5 or more calendar days ahead

If the event date is 5 or more calendar days away from the date of cancellation request, WOW Party Art will issue a full refund for any payment made in addition to the deposit amount. 

Canceling 4 or fewer calendar days before the event 

If the event date is 4 or fewer calendar days away from the date of cancellation request, WOW Party Art will retain 50% of the total booking amount and will issue the refund for the remaining 50%. 

Canceling on the day of the event 

If the client requests canceling on the day of the event, WOW Party Art will retain the full amount. No refunds will be issued.

No child will turn down an opportunity to become his favorite superhero or a beautiful princess for a little while. Face painting is a perfect option if you want the kids to be entertained through out the whole time. Even if you are having about 10-15 little guests, based on our experience kids will still come back to our face painters requesting hands and arms designs.

Unlimited options

If you are wondering whether your guests will want to get their face painted – they will! We’ve seen it so many times when teenagers and adults are enjoying this fun party activity. They might not want to do a princess crown or a Spider-Man face but a favorite sports team logo or a favorite TV-show symbolic will do its magic. Our options are not limited by the designs we provide on our sample boards. As long as your guests can explain and describe their idea, our artists will be able to create the design.

Good for any event

Face painting is #1 service for any event where you expect children to attend: birthday party, community and church events, corporate function for families, daycare and school events, the list just goes on! Even if you are planning a pool party or a splash party (and we offer waterproof face painting options on request!) just imagine how it will feel for a kid to play in a pool having a mermaid design or an Aquaman face painting on.

Everybody gets painted

Our artists make sure that everybody who is in line will be painted. For community events, corporate functions, festivals and other large events, our artists will always announce when the line is closed. On practice, all people interested in getting a face painting usually get accommodated. However, we ask our customers to keep in mind that our artists work multiple events a day so they might be out of time to stay any longer simply because they have to head towards the next event. Don’t hesitate to ask for advice on the service length!

Perfect Timing

Hi everybody,

This article is dedicated to helping our customers to learn more about timing of party services. Overall, it is a very personal preference but below we will try to summarize all useful advice we have.

Please consider that all numbers given below are approximate and can slightly vary.  All calculations are based on average booking details.  Contact us to get more details specifically for your event. 


How long it usually takes to do a face painting/balloon animal/caricature/henna design/glitter tattoo?

Caricature: usually one caricature takes about 5-7 minutes done in black/white and about 7-10 minutes to do it in color.

  • For 10-15 people, please allow at least 1 hour.
  • For 20-25 people, please allow at least 2 hours.
  • For 35-50 people, please allow at least 4 hours.

Face Painting: full face design can take up to 5-7 minutes while half face/forehead options take 3-5 minutes. Little designs take 2-3 minutes to complete.

  • For 10-12 people, please allow at least 1 hour.
  • For 12-20 people, please allow up at least 2 hours.
  • For 20-30 people, please allow at least 3 hours.

Balloon Animals: we use simple designs in order to provide endless flow of balloons for kids so it takes 1-2 minutes to make one balloon animal. It also helps to keep kids focused and entertained.

Henna designs: Henna is the most time consuming service we currently offer which is explained by a large amount of intricate details and lots of focus it takes to create a single design. While for simpler designs it takes up to 5-7 minutes to apply, more intricate patterns require pre-designing and can take up to 15 minutes.

  • For 10 people, please allow at least 1,5 hour.
  • For 25 people, please allow at least 2,5 hours.
  • For 45-50 people, please allow 3,5-4 hours.

I’m not sure how many people will attend my event, what’s the average time for your booking?

The average time usually depends on event type.

  • Birthday Party with fewer guests (up to 15): 1-2 hours
  • Birthday Party: 2-3 hours
  • Community Event (Including HOA and Church Events): 3-5 hours
  • Grand Opening: 3-5 hours
  • Corporate Events: 3-5 hours depending on guest amount
  • Weddings: 2-4 hours depending on guest amount

How can I speed up the process of my guests getting service?

There’s not much can be done about it due to the creative nature of services but here are some small but important tips that help both your guests and our artists!

Sign & awareness – more people are aware about available services, more people will come to get it. It also a good idea to put a time frame of service on the sign so people know for how long artists are going to be there. Announcing a service to your guests will also draw attention.

Organized Line –  most of times people form the line by themselves but if your guests are mostly kids and your guests amount doesn’t go over 15, it might be a good idea to write down their names and call children to come and get drawn/face painted/etc. It also allows them to play while waiting which is another plus.

Choose your options – if you have a lot of guests and you know that most of them will be interested in getting service, explore your options for this service. We always offer variety of options so everybody can choose something for their event. For example, if you plan a wedding reception and you are going to have around 100 people attending, it’s good to offer black/white caricatures so the line goes faster and more people will get drawn.

Start time

Estimate when your guests are going to arrive, because, if you set up too early, nobody is going to be there but if you set up start time too late, there would be guests who wouldn’t get service.

For majority of events it’s a good idea to have a vendor start on the same time your event starts or about a half an hour later if your event is longer than 2 hours. It will allow everybody to get to the venue and spot the artist.

There’s a little exception for wedding receptions, if you will have guests who are invited specifically to reception, it’s wise to have vendor start 15-30 minutes after official start time. Vendor start time and reception start time can be the same if all your guests who attended the ceremony are invited straight into reception area.


Overall, time is a pretty flexible detail and we always try our best to accommodate every guest even if it’s a little bit pass service time!

We are getting millions questions about our services so here are the most asked questions to help you out!

1. What types of payment do you guys accept?

Currently we accept cash, checks, money orders, credit/debit card online payments, Venmo, CashApp.

2. Do I need to put a deposit?

Yes. We do request a 30% non-refundable deposit upon booking to keep your event on the schedule.

3. When is the payment due?

The deposit is due within a day after you receive the booking confirmation email and the payment link. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the date of the event.

4. Is it possible for you to stay extra time if needed?

Yes, extra time is available if an artist doesn’t have another booking awaiting them. Please, contact us for extra time rates.

5. How do I cancel your service for my event?

There’s no cancellation fee, your deposit amount works as a fee in case of cancellation. Please, contact us as soon as you make your decision on cancellation!

6. What do I need to provide?

For indoors events – only space big enough for a 6-feet table. We bring table, chairs and posters with us. For outdoor events – shaded area for the comfort of your guests and the artist!

7. When are you guys coming?

We usually come about 10-15 minutes before starting time to set up.

8. Are your paints safe?

Absolutely. We use only FDA approved face and body paint of professional brands. It is safe to use on skin but, please, be aware that any other cosmetic product, including paint, can cause allergic reaction. For extra-sensitive skin we always bring organic GMO-free and allergy-free paints with us, they are available upon request.

All products we use can be easily removed with soap and warm water.

9. HOW MANY KIDS Can be painted?

We will paint as many guests as you have as long as time allows. Usually an artist cam accommodate about 10-12 kids per hour!

10. Do you dress up to match our theme?

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to have a costume for every requested theme. Our artists wear casual neutral clothes but if you have a badge or a party hat – we will be happy to wear it!
